Based in Hanoi, but they also have a shop in HCMC (Ho Chi Minh City) / Saigon in the south. If you want to ride the Ho Chi Minh trail or do a north/south ride they can sort you out.  They provide bike hire if you want to go it alone, or bike hire and a guide, or a guide (he does the riding, you ride pillion!). Very flexible and can tailor any trip to your needs and schedule.

Vietnamese Embassy (for travel visa)

Don't use any of the VN visa 'services' you see online, many will not provide a valid visa and you'll only find that out once you land.  Typical cost would be £54 for a 30 day single entry tourist visa.
